
Plyometrics
Plyo Boards - These patented plyometic patterns work to improve an athlete’s quickness, agility, foot speed, coordination, rapid change of direction and most importantly the development the athlete’s proprioception.
Plyo Boxes - These boxes range from 8 to 24 inches. The use of these boxes range from sprint strides (modified running to help with mechanics), box jumps (jump from squat position to top of the box and back down at a rapid pace, improving power and strength) to arm and core conditioning. Training that includes plyo-boxes results in increased power and stability in muscles around joints that are prone to injury (knees and hips).
