![]() Our most popular and widely known piece of equipment is capable of reaching 28 mph up to a 40% incline. Both the Super Treadmill and the Hockey Treadmill have mirrors facing the athlete while training. Mirrors provide visual feedback to the athlete in regards to correction and improving form as well as the ability to visualize instructions given from their trainer. The Super Treadmill will increase speed and stride frequency in the athlete. The Super Treadmill forces you to match the speed of the treadmill, where as with flat ground training the athlete couldn’t maintain a consistent speed due to fatigue. Increasing the incline of the Super Treadmill will increase hip flexion and frequency of flexion in hip resulting in increased length and frequency of stride. Increased incline will also force the athlete to run on their toes, resulting in better, more efficient form while also lessening the impact on the rest of the leg, as well as better push off.
